During the course I felt connected with self love, self awareness and pleasure in a way I could not have imagined given my past traumas and their continued effects. This brought me huge hope and confidence. Julia’s facilitation was clear, thorough and compassionate, and I particularly valued how she encouraged listening to and responding to our ‘no’s as much as our ‘yes’es which had subtle and powerful effects for me and helped me feel much more connected with my body and excited about my relationship with myself.

I realized how easy it is for me to forget about my own sexual pleasure and connecting with it regularly. This is what I loved about the course- every week I would meet with 8 wonderful women who had all decided to prioritise their pleasure. Julia taught us simple tools and practices, to slowly build that connection to our pleasure seeking nature. Julia has such a wealth of knowledge, and a steady, loving, presence that holds everyone together. I loved learning practices, from someone who clearly loves what they do as you can feel it!! After the course, I am now implementing the tools and practices into my life and as a result, feeling more grounded, more connected to my body and more pleasure than before!

I’ve done the Jade course with Julia and I loved it. Julia has a deep knowledge of the practice she teaches and her love for the practice and her desire to transmit it to other women radiate through the whole course. I’ve come out of the course with more love for my body and my age and I’ve learnt practises that I can use to connect to myself and womanhood for the rest of my life. Tapping into Julia’s wisdom has been both exciting and nourishing and I’ve felt Julia’s support throughout the process.
